FROM THE SOUTH: Take I-90 W to I-94 West. Continue on I-90 West (I-94 W, Kennedy Expwy W). Continue on I-90 to I-94 W (Edens Expwy W) to Milwaukee continue northwest to WI – 20 E (Washington Ave). Exit right at 333 to WI -20/Racine/Waterford. Turn right onto WI-20 E (Washington Ave.) and go east for 5.5 miles to WI-31 North (Green Bay Road). Continue onto Green Bay Road and go north to WI-38 E (Northwestern Ave) turn right onto WI-38 to Rapids Drive and bear left to Eaton Lane. Make a hard left onto Eaton Lane. Building will be on Right.

FROM THE NORTH: Take I-794 West to I-94 East (US-41 S). There will be a sign Exit 1B to I-94/US-41/I-43 South/Chicago. Bear left on ramp at exit 1B to I-94 E (US-41 S). Continue on I-94 East to Exit 322 to WI-100/Ryan Road. Bear right at exit 322 to WI-100 East (Ryan Road). Take WI-100 E (Ryan Road) to WI – 100; continue to WI-32 S (Chicago Road). Follow to WI-32 (Douglas Ave); continue to WI-31 right to WI-38E (Northwestern Ave) and turn left onto WI-38 E (Northwestern Ave.). Bear left onto Rapids Drive make a left onto Eaton Lane.

FROM THE WEST: Take I-90 W to US-51 N/Wisconsin and North, turn left at ramp to I-39 N (I-90 W, US-51 N, Northwest Tollway). Continue on I-39 N to I-43 N. To Exit 185B to I-43 N/Milwaukee, exit on ramp to I-43 N. Continue Exit 43 to WI-83/Mukwonago bear right onto Exit 43 to WI-83 S. Turn right and continue to WI-20 (Beck Drive) follow to WI-20 (Washington Ave) follow to Raymond Ave (CR-U) turn left onto Raymond Ave and follow to 50^th Road. Turn right on 50^th Road follow to Kraut Road and go east to Northwestern Ave. Bear right on Northwestern Ave.; continue to WI-38 E to Rapids Drive bear left to Eaton Lane. Mark a hard left onto Eaton Lane. Building will be on the right.

Entry Fees:

Entry Fees are deposited upon receipt. Entry fees will not be returned if the show cannot be opened or be completed due to riots, civil disturbances, acts of God, public emergencies or other events beyond the control of Midlakes ASC. Entry fees will not be refunded if the dog is absent, disqualified, excused or barred from competition by the Show Committee, UKC, HOST, or judge.

This is an UKC sanctioned show and all UKC rules apply. Dogs over 6 months of age must have proof of UKC registration available. Midlakes ASC, the Show Secretaries and respective memberships, and the owners of the host facility assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by any exhibitor, handler, dog, property, children or spectator. You understand by your attendance and /or entry that the Show Committee and Hosts have the right to refuse or excuse any entry for good cause. Good cause would be violation of the private property owners’ rights or violation of the UKC show rules. All dogs must be crated or leashed except while competing.

Telephone, facsimile or incomplete entries will not be accepted. All entries must be on the official UKC entry form with proper fees included. Exhibitors are responsible for the accuracy of the entry and the class entered.

There is a $45.00 service charge for returned checks, not including any bank charges. Such individual’s entries will be limited to cash payments in the future.

General Information:

No Puppy Sales or puppies less then 8 weeks of age allowed on show grounds.

Any handler, owner, or spectator using any abuse towards a dog or exhibiting poor sportsmanship will be asked to leave the show site for the duration of the show weekend. No refund of show entries will be given.

Children under the age of 16 MUST be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Any dog that displays viciousness towards people or animals will not be tolerated on the show premises, before, during or after judging. If such an incident occurs the dog will be removed from the show ground and will be unable to show at any Midlakes ASC show for a period of one year.

No dogs are to be left unattended on grooming tables. One warning will be given. If dog is again left on table unattended at current show or any other Midlakes ASC show, exhibitor will be asked to leave. Entries will not be refunded. This is for the health and safety of all dogs.
